Enjoying a lengthy career dominated by his time in Ontario, Wendel Clark would captain the famous Toronto Maple Leafs from 1991 to 1994, with his #17 jersey retired by the club. Clark would see action in a pair of All-Star Games, and represent Canada internationally as a Junior. Hailing from his lone season in the Sunshine State as a member of the Tampa Bay Lighting, offered here is this stick used by Clark during the 1998-99 campaign. A Bauer Supreme 3030 model with "W Clark" stamped to the upper shaft, the all-black stick retains its original tape job of blue-cloth-over-white over the tapered handle/knob that has been finished at the end with a ring of white and black wrapped around the blade. Remaining structurally sound and free from any cracks or breaks, the stick still sports the Bauer accent sticker over the lower shaft and shows a factory production stamp on the underside of the shaft as well. Displaying moderate game-use in the form of various marks and abrasions throughout the length of the shaft, lower shaft and heel, a few light marks over both sides of the blade tape as well.
