The first team in history outside of the United States to be crowned World Series champions, the Toronto Blue Jays achieved the historic feat in 1992, and proved to be no fluke when the superstar roster repeated the following season. This Toronto Blue Jays 1993 World Championship 14K gold ring was most likely ordered by Cito Gaston as a backup ring for a family member of front office staff member. Size 10 ½ with a weight of 40 grams, "World Champions 1993" encircles the bezel in raised letters, centered by an enamel Jays logo with twin red maple leaves (the 1992 World Championship rings sported a single maple leaf for the first victory) and approx 44 zirconias. The right shank sports the raised wording "Toronto Blue Jays World Series 92-93”, with “Gaston” in raised letters above an American League motif on the left shank. The inner band is stamped "Tiffany & Co. 14K 585". The ring shows light wear over the outer band with numerous scratches and dings.
