Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction November 2024
A rematch of the 2002 gold medal game, the final at the 2010 Winter Olympics featured Canada famously defeating the US on Sidney Crosby’s exciting overtime winner, with the "Golden Goal" considered one of the most important scored in history. Displaying imagery from that magical moment is this framed three photo Crosby display with one of the photos signed by Sid with a crisp blue ink signature that displays without issue. Measuring out to full dimensions of approx. 19 ¼” x 38 ¼”, the piece displays a three-photo sequence of events of before, during and after, each displayed via an 8” x 10” photo. Everything is housed in a textured dark brown frame that displays beautifully while black and red mattes have been utilized as accents while a black display plaque displaying information about the goal is found at the bottom of the display. A COA from Frameworth will accompany the piece.
While all of our frames are thoroughly and safely packaged for shipping, due to the size and/or weight, and dependent upon the shipping company, we should mention that damage may occur in transit. Please note that as such, we are not responsible for damage to frames that occur during shipping.
