Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
An adept two-way player, Mark Streit has competed in both the NLA and NHL, seeing ice time in North America with the Habs, Islanders and Flyers. We have a Canadiens jersey that was worn on the night of Jan 29th 2007, when the franchise honoured one of their most legendary players, five-time Vezina Trophy winner Ken Dryden. Size “56” tagging resides along the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the bottom hem and back necklines respectively. Styled with the classic CH team crest that’s been partially embroidered, the solid red V-neck has been accented with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with the important Dryden “29” crest over the right breast. A MeiGray patch numbered D00164 sits on the inside hem, with a matching LOA to accompany.
Game-wear on the sweater is light, with just a few small slits over the right elbow, along with some very light staining to the striping band.
