Edmonton Oilers Auction 2005
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 12/16/2005
Here's a game….let's see how close we can get to 500 goals without actually going over. Ok, Glenn Anderson wins. But six Stanley Cups soften the blow a bit. Road blue CCM Airknit uniform boasts the alternate captain's "A". This one was worn by Anderson during the 1990-91 playoffs - his final season with the Oilers (not including the 17-match encore in 1995-96). Tagged in the collar with size "54" marked in ballpoint. Set markings in the neck read "90/91" with the set "3" designation. Glenn wore this one over the 18-game post season run before his trade to the Leafs. Nice game wear with a number of good slashes and burns and three large material-backed team repairs. Comes with a full package of documentation from the Meigray Group including a team letter of authenticity on Oilers letterhead.
