Both 660-card sets, the 1986 Fleer set is notable for containing the first modern "insert" cards: All-Stars and Future Hall of Famers as well as subsets including SuperStar Specials (626-643) and Major League Prospects (644-653), while the 1987 Fleer set is notable for a number of key rookie cards including Barry Bonds, Will Clark, Bo Jackson, Wally Joyner, John Kruk, and Barry Larkin (the 1986 Fleer set contains rookies of Jose Canseco, Darren Daulton, Len Dykstra, Cecil Fielder, Andres Galarraga and Paul O'Neill). We offer a 1986 Fleer cello box with 24 unopened packs with 28 cards each plus 2 stickers for a total of 672 cards and 48 stickers, and a 1987 Fleer wax box with 36 unopened packs with 17 cards each plus 1 sticker for a total of 612 cards and 36 stickers - with both boxes certified and shrink-wrapped by BBCE, with their hologram, label and serial number with "Unopened" affixed to the underside of each. The 1986 box has Dwight Gooden on the box lid, while the 1987 box has Roger Clemens. The pair shows light wear including to the corners, with a couple small creases on two side panels on the 1987 box, and some surface wear, a few misc. creases, silver tape over two sides and a sticker with handwriting across the top edge of the lid on the 1986 box.
