Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction September 2024
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/24/2024
Spending eight memorable season in Philadelphia which included seven All-Star selections and winning the Hart Memorial Trophy in 1995, Eric Lindros also notched a number of NHL milestones in record time, including being the fourth-fastest player in NHL history to score both 300 and 400 points. Playing his junior hockey with the OHL's Oshawa Generals and inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2016, offered here is this lot featuring a trio of pre-rookie signed offerings from the 1989-90 and 1990-91 seasons. All picturing Eric in his Oshawa uniform and hailing from the 7th Inning Sketch, Score and Score Canadian releases, all three (3) cards have been signed over their fronts with blue marker ink signatures that display without issue and which have all been assessed marks of "10" after their assessment by Beckett. Of note, none of the three (3) cards has been given a technical grade. All housed in Beckett holders that remain in overall excellent condition and show just light scratches/scuffs over both sides that are important to note for accuracy, the cards themselves show flaws such as surface, corner and edge wear as well as minor creasing and centering issues which is heaviest around the corners of the Score and Score Canadian cards.
