Drafted by Boston in 1982, Bob Sweeney spent parts of six seasons in Beantown before additional time with the Islanders, Sabres and Flames. From his final season in Boston, we have a Bruins jersey worn by the Massachusetts native in 1991-92. Maska Air-Knit labeling with a small size 54 fly tag are affixed to the collar, with the jersey fashioned with the classic Bruins team crest in tackle twill. "20" over the sleeves and verso is sewn on in matching material, with alternate crests over each shoulder. The NHL 75th patch resides over the right breast. Great game-use is exhibited on the vintage garment, with some puck and stick marks and a repair to the front and more marks to the reverse, along with 6 team repairs to the left sleeve along with a few black marks and an un-repaired hole, as well as 1 team repair and black marks and a few unrepaired holes to the right sleeve. The set 2 team patch is screened to the inside hem near a Custom Crafted logo, with both an LOA and COR to accompany from MeiGray. This a great jersey that shows desirable wear from a solid NHL player.
