Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction February 2024
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/20/2024
First taking the field on a snowy April day in 1977, the Toronto Blue Jays battled the Chicago White Sox to a 7-6 victory in the franchise's inaugural match, with over 30,000 proud Torontonians feeling that the city was now in the big leagues. We offer a ticket stub to the historic outing, just recently graded EX-MT 6 by PSA. In beautiful condition with the colouration bright, the stub lists "Opening Day", along with the venue, seat and $6.50 purchase price. This is the highest graded stub by PSA at the time of this writing.
