Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction November 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/28/2023
Drafted by Ottawa in 2001, defenseman Tim Gleason made his NHL debut with Los Angeles in 2003, and spent the majority of his NHL career in Carolina. From his lone season in Ontario, where he saw action in 39 games, we have a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey worn by the Michigan native in 2013-14. A label with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar with a team store price tag, with NHL and Reebok patches on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring a gorgeous vintage felt team crest along with felt twill numbers, the sweater also sports a retro-style tie-neck collar, with matching vintage style crests to the shoulders. The jersey shows light game use, with just a few board burns to the lower right sleeve. The team patch is sewn to the inside hem numbered "D-0278", with a matching COA to accompany from the Leafs.
