Ryan Smyth spent two seasons in sunny California playing for Los Angeles, scoring 53 points in 67 games during his inaugural campaign in 2009-10, when the offered jersey was worn. This black photo-matched #94 alternate jersey with size 56 flag tag in the neck displays a 2 1/2" long team repair on the right sleeve, a board burn, some paint transfer and half a dozen marks are noticeable on the left sleeve along with a small unrepaired cut. The "Los Angeles Kings Official Game Jersey 2009-10 Set 2" patch sewn inside the rear tail displays a registry number along with Kings equipment manager Darren Granger's name. Worn in four different games according to the Kings, the jersey is photo-matched to the fourth game it was worn, with Getty Image #98443091 (April 8, 2010) matched to the hole on the upper reverse near the "S" of "SMYTH", with the red paint transfer spot on the silver striping band on the lower left sleeve also visible. It is also matched to the third game, with Getty Image #98234224 (April 3, 2010) matched to the faint burn mark on the left shoulder, the extended white thread at the middle bottom of the "9" of "94" on the left sleeve, and to the burn mark on the silver striping band on the lower left sleeve. A small velcro patch has also been added to the lower reverse, with this a common trait on Smyth gamers. The team patch resides on the inside hem, with a team COA, an LOA and a document listing the 4 games the sweater was worn in to accompany.
