A Stanley Cup champion his first two seasons with Edmonton in 1986-87 and 1987-88, Craig Muni spent seven seasons with the Oilers before additional time with five other NHL clubs. Having played a total of 819 games over the course of his National Hockey League career and hoisted Lord Stanley's mug a total of three (3) times, offered here is this Oilers jersey worn by Craig Muni during the 1991-92 season that was originally part of the Michael Wexler collection that was purchased from the team archives in 1997. Made by CCM and sporting both size "54" and Maska Air-Knit labels affixed to the inner collar, the logos of CCM and the NHL have been embroidered into the reverse hem. Decorated over the front with a familiar Oilers team crest in layered tackle twill, the NHL's 75th anniversary patch has been added over the right breast. Accented over the sleeves and verso with Muni's number "28" in stacked tri-layer tackle twill numerals, "Muni" is spelt out in single layer blue twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Exhibiting just overall light game-wear via some light stick marks over the front, reverse and both sleeves, some coloured paint transfer marks are observed on the reverse as well while light board burns are present over both sleeves as well. Sporting a small unrepaired cut in the bottom blue stripe of the left sleeve and some spot staining throughout the piece, a MeiGray hologram numbered "105196" is affixed to the fight strap on the interior and is accompanied by a matching COR and Oilers LOA which has a corresponding hologram affixed to it.
