Offensive lineman Jeremy O'Day played two seasons for the Toronto Argonauts in 1997 and 1998, while Mark Ledbetter also played two seasons, for the Sacramento Gold Miners in 1993 and 1994 (the Sacramento Gold Miners' franchise was the first American team in the Canadian Football League. The Gold Miners were originally the "descendants" of the Sacramento Surge from the defunct World League of American Football). We have a Goldminers jersey worn by Ledbetter in the inaugural season of 1993 and an Argos jersey worn by O-Day in either 1997 or 1998. Argos team patches are sewn-on the shoulders and a "Radically Canadian" patch is sewn-on the breast of the O-Day jersey. The numbers on front, back and sleeves are rubberized and individually sewn-on letters are on a nameplate sewn-on to the jersey. O'Day applied a black Sharpie autograph on the left side of the nameplate. Lots of game wear with hit marks and team repairs on the shoulders areas, pilling in the back collar and grass stains on the nameplate and surrounding area. Great Argos gamer! The jersey worn by Mark Ledbetter in the inaugural season of the team has the "93" year set tag and Starter with attached size tags "52" and "long" on the lower front tail. Everything is screened-on/rubberized including "Ledbetter" on a nameplate. Loads and loads of wear on this one with more than a dozen sewing fixes and numerous hit marks on the shoulders. The nameplate is partially detached in its upper right corner and some of the golden outline of the "3" on the back is peeling off.
