This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/19/2023
A member of the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame for his contributions both as a player and coach, Jayson More suffered a career-ending injury while with Nashville in the 1998-99 NHL season. This Phoenix jersey was worn by More in the Coyotes inaugural season in 1996-97, during both the regular season and playoffs accoring to the accompanying team LOA. With Starter and Center Ice Collection tags in collar, as well as large “58-G” size tag, the “Official 1997-2 Game Worn Jersey” patch has been affixed to the bottom of the back inner hem. Game-use is evident with a few black marks scattered throughout, as well as a few small board burns, found mostly on the right sleeve. The heavy tackle twill crest, nameplate and numbers allude to the jersey’s quality, and both “Phoenix Coyotes” and “Goals For Kids” patches adorn both shoulders. Comes with a team LOA as mentioned along with a MeiGray COR.
