A product of Michigan Tech University in the WCHA Conference of the NCAA, Geoff Kinrade would play in one (1) NHL game during his career on April 9th, 2009 for the Tampa Bay Lightning before spending more time in the AHL as well as overseas in the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Croatia, Russia and China. Offered here, is this Binghamton Senators “1930 Senators Throwback” jersey worn by Kinrade during their game against the Rochester Americans on January 8th, 2011. Made by Reebok, both brand/AHL and size “56” tagging is affixed to the inner collar above a Senators team tag that has been sewn into place. Displaying Reebok crests over the reverse neckline and hem, which also has had an AHL 75th anniversary patch sewn on to it, the front of the barber pole style garment is decorated with a large “O” like the original iteration of the Ottawa Senators wore in layered tackle twill while matching Binghamton logo patches have been added over the upper arm of each sleeve as well. Accented over the sleeves and verso with Kinrade’s number “7” in stacked tri-layered tackle twill numerals, “Kinrade” is spelt out in single layer black twill letters across the affixed red coloured nameplate. Worn for just a single game, the jersey exhibits light wear via board burns, stick marks and colored paint transfers over both sleeves while a couple of additional light burns and a large red coloured paint transfer mark are observed on the reverse. Displaying a MeiGray tag numbered “MGG010190” sewn over the interior reverse hem, a matching Senators/MeiGray LOA will accompany the piece.
