Selected by Ottawa 1st overall at the 1996 NHL Entry Draft, Chris Phillips played his entire career in the nation’s capital, and serves as the Sens record holder for most games played. This photo-matched alternate captain's jersey was worn by the Calgary native in 2003-04. Size "58" tagging sits along the collar, with NHL and CCM crests on the bottom hem and back neckline respectively. Featuring an attractive Senators team crest with textured highlights, the white V-neck has been embellished with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, along with the Roger Neilson memorial patch residing over the right breast. Regarding condition, heavy game-use is shown, with a number of puck and stick marks to the front, with pilling to the interior beneath the fight strap. Team repairs are also present, with one beneath the front left shoulder, approx 12 on the left sleeve, and 7 on the right. Getty Image #3298327 (March 13, 2004) has been matched to the pattern of dark marks over the lower front right side. A MeiGray tag numbered “B06644” is sewn inside the reverse hem, and according to the company’s population report, the jersey is a “White 2nd Regular Season” specimen. The jersey is accompanied by a matching LOA.
