Originally a 6th round draft pick of the Colorado Avalanche at the 2020 NHL Entry Draft, Nils Aman would play a 110 games in the SHL of his native Sweden before making his NHL debut as a member of the Vancouver Canucks in 2022-23 where he would register four (4) goals and sixteen (16) points in sixty-eight (68) games played. Offered here, is this Canucks “Reverse Retro” jersey worn by Aman during the 2022-23 season. Made by Adidas, a band displaying both “Made in Canada” and size “56” designations sits along the inner collar above a Prime Green logo and below “VAN 1962" and the reverse retro logo. A design that mimics the jerseys worn by the WHL’s Vancouver Canucks in 1962, the front of the garment is decorated with a Johnny Canuck team crest that features embroidered details while both NHL shield and Adidas crests have been added to the front and reverse necklines respectively. Accented over the left shoulder with a TD Canada Trust sponsorship patch, Aman’s number “88” has been sewn over the left breast and verso in single layer cream coloured twill numbers while “Aman” is spelt out in matching style across the affixed matching nameplate. Displaying a Canucks team tag heat pressed over the fight strap on the interior that denotes the piece as a “22-23 Season – Set 3 of 4 Reverse Retro Jersey” specimen, a team inventory barcode is also found heat pressed underneath. Exhibiting light game wear, board burns are observed over each sleeve, heaviest on the right with one resulting in a partial hole. Jersey is photo-matched to Getty Images #1448606065 (Dec. 9th 2022) to the loose thread on the lower left edge of the first "8" on the breast and to the loose thread going over the right arm on the Johnny Canuck on the team's crest. These photo-matches are also visible on Getty Images #1448606095 and #1448606084.
