A 6th round draft choice of the Chicago Blackhawks at the 1998 NHL Entry Draft, Kent Huskins would finally break into the NHL in 2006 with the Anaheim Ducks, helping them to a Stanley Cup championship that same year. Enjoying a career that included 318 games in the show over seven (7) years, up for grabs here is this jersey worn by Huskins during the 2010-11 season as a member of the San Jose Sharks. Made by Reebok and sporting a single size “58” tag affixed to the inner collar, the original Sharks team store tag is found attached to that as well. Featuring the crests of both the NHL shield and Reebok over the front and reverse necklines respectively, the front of the jersey is decorated with a Sharks team crest that featured embroidered details throughout while matching Sharks logo patches reside over each shoulder as well. Featuring the franchise’s all-important 20th anniversary patch over the left sleeve, the right breast, sleeves and verso of the garment have been accented with Huskins’ number “40” in tri-layer tackle twill numerals while “Huskins” is spelt out in dual layer teal-over-black letters across the affixed matching nameplate across the top of the back. Exhibiting game-wear via light stick marks over the front and right sleeve with more obvious ones observed on the left sleeve, additional wear is present via unrepaired holes on the right sleeve, board burns to both sleeves and fabric backed patch repairs to the left sleeve. Sporting a Sharks team tag sewn inside the reverse hem, the jersey has been photo-matched with Getty Image #107867437 (January 1st, 2011 vs Los Angeles) to the stick mark near the left sleeve cuff.
