Earning his first of three Avco Cup rings in 1975-76 as WHA champions with the Winnipeg Jets, Bobby Hull would lead the club to a first-place finish in the Canadian Division that season. The Golden Jet would place second in scoring with 123 points including 53 goals. The Jets would dispatch of the Oilers, Cowboys and Aeros in the playoffs to be crowned Avco Cup champions, and would lose just a single playoff game to Calgary in the process. Originating directly from Bobby Hull, we have his original Jostens Avco Cup champions ring box. Designed as two pucks, with the lid and base both made of finished wood, the Jets logo in gold resides on the box top, with the inner section of the base designed to hold the ring. There is also felt to the underside of the box, with no condition issues to note. Accompanying the box, we have the original Jostens receipt, with "Hull" and "Wpg Jets Hockey Team" listed. A signed LOA will accompany from the son of a close friend to Bobby Hull.
