One of the earliest NHL programs we have ever offered, and inflating it's desirability, this specimen hails from the personal collection of NHL superstar and HOFer Harry "Punch" Broadbent. No surprise that the program was kept by Broadbent as he is featured on the cover in his Senators uniform, the match took place at Dey's arena between Ottawa and the Hamilton Tigers on December 30, 1922 (won by the Senators 4-1, with HOFer Frank Nighbor scoring a pair of goals). At 6" x 9", the eight-page program features the line-ups, along with a biography of Broadbent, the remainder of the 1922-23 NHL schedule and the current NHL standings. in excellent condition with the staples intact and the covers tightly held, there is a vertical fold line that runs through the entire program.
