Peter Mahovlich’s Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal is among the items in this lot from the great NHL forward’s personal collection. Featured are watches, jewelry and awards that Pete most likely received as gifts from various events. The QEII medal comes in its presentation box along with documentation, including a form certificate with Peter’s full name, a form letter from the Governor General, and an information and wearing guide. Pete Mahovlich’s Adirondack Hockey Hall of Fame stone plaque measures 8 ½” x 11” with the image of a youthful Little M with a career bio and details of his accomplishments with the 1981 Calder Cup champion Adirondack Red Wings etched in paragraphs at the bottom. Pete’s 2015 Sports Personality of the Year award from the Cumming Foundation stands 9” tall. A silver bent golf club key chain by Tiffany and Co., with a Chrysler Celebrity Classic pendant with “Ster” stamped on it, that comes with its original baby blue pouch and presentation box, Two Croton wristwatches with their presentational boxes, a Calypso wristwatch, a Nortel Networks desktop clock, a silver- and gold-colored maple leaf pin, a City of Fort Worth, Texas tie pin, a hockey-themed tie bar and cuff link set, a grouping of four gold-colored jewelry pieces, a Chicago Wolves lidded presentation box, gold items including a tee, ball marker and divot repair tool in a “The Old Course” presentation box “With the compliments of St Andrews Links” and an assortment of six golf-themed pieces, including a couple of divot repair tools. Comes with Peter Mahovlich’s signed LOA.
