Suiting up in all twelve of New York’s playoff game’s during the lockout shortened 2012-13 season, Ryan McDonagh would register a total of four (4) points in those contests as the Blueshirts as they would play until their elimination in round two against the Boston Bruins. Hailing from that second round series versus the B’s, we offer this photo-matched Rangers jersey worn by McDonagh during New York’s three (3) road games. A Reebok made offering that sports a single size “58” tag affixed the inner collar that has a Steiner hologram affixed, a Rangers team inventory barcode is present above. Accented with both NHL shield and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines of the tie-neck garment respectively, the front has been decorated with “Rangers” going diagonally down the chest in blue-over-red drop shadow tackle twill letters that have been individually affixed while the sleeves and verso have been accented with McDonagh’s number “27” in matching style. Showcasing “McDonagh” spelt out in matching style drop shadow letters that are arched across the affixed matching nameplate over the upper reverse, the jersey exhibits game-wear via stick marks over the front and both sleeves with a large and deep board burn being present over the left shoulder as well. Regarding the photo-matches, Getty Image #169593096 (May 25th, 2013 vs Boston – ECSF Game 5) has been matched to the board burn that is observed over the left shoulder. A matching Steiner LOA will accompany the piece.
