The Red Wings joined the Canadiens and Maple Leafs in the Parkhurst lineup for the 1960-61 campaign, with approximately two-thirds of a set up for your consideration here and led by the issue’s three kingpins. An otherwise EX Maurice Richard card joins Gordie Howe (VG+ with a subtle light crease) among ten cards with wax stains on the back, while Jacques Plante (EX) is amid the (EX to EX-MT) condition leaders, that group of 15 headlined by EX-MT examples of 4-Olmstead and 49-Beliveau and including 17-Armstrong (EX), 22-Oliver RC (EX) and 61-Morrison (EX+). After that there are four or five cards in each of the following grades: VG-EX (16-Stanley), VG+ (37-McKenzie RC, 48-Harvey) and VG (26-Ullman, 31-Sawchuk), while five sub-VG entries (P, F) include 3-Bower (F). Cards not present are #s 1-Horton, 2-Mahovlich, 5, 8, 9-Kelly, 13, 19, 21, 23-Abel, 24, 25, 30, 34, 35, 36-Delvecchio, 43, 46-Geoffrion, 47-H. Richard, 52 and the four Canadiens “line” cards near the end; 56, 57, 58 and 59.
