Drafted by Buffalo 55th overall at the 2001 NHL Entry Draft by the Sabres, Jason Pominville would go on to play 1060 NHL games with 733 of them spent in Buffalo where he served as captain for 3 seasons. Hailing from the 2011-12 season, we offer this signed captain’s jersey worn by Pominville. Made by Reebok, a size “54” flag tag is affixed to the inner collar with logos of the NHL shield and Reebok over the front and reverse necklines respectively. The front is styled with a partially embroidered Sabres crest with the captain’s “C” resting over the left breast. The sleeves and verso have been decorated with Pominville’s number “29” in dual layer tackle twill while “Pominville” is spelt out in single layer yellow letters across the affixed matching nameplate. The jersey shows light game-use, with an unrepaired cut on the lower front being the most obvious while a team patch from the Sabres is found on the inside hem, denoting the jersey as a “2011-2012 Official Game Jersey”. Additionally, Jason has signed the back number “2” and the fight strap with a bold black ink signature that displays without issue.
