Theoren Fleury was a point-per-game player, as his 1,088 points in 1,084 NHL games will attest. The Saskatchewan native scored 455 goals, won the Stanley Cup with Calgary in 1989 and scored a career-high 51 goals with the Flames in 1990-91. Hailing from the late-1990s is this stick used by Fleury, with this specific model seeing use in 1997-98 and 1998-99. A Nike 180 model with an inserted Titan blade, the stick is void of any “Fleury” factory graphics or stamping. Theo’s original white tape job is present over the handle/knob while the blade has had its tape removed. The backside shaft of the blade shows a handwritten factory code reading “866-2” The stick exhibits just light game-use with marks/abrasions to the blade and lower shaft.
