Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Spring 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/1/2022
Beginning and concluding his career in his native Finland with HPK, Antti Miettinen was drafted by Dallas in 2000 and represented three different NHL clubs. From his second of three seasons in Minnesota, we have a Wild alternate jersey worn by Miettinen in 2009-10. A label with “54” sizing is affixed to the collar, with partially embroidered NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with a Wild team crest featuring “Minnesota” in attractive script, the jersey also sports tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Miettinen” across the affixed nameplate. There is also a Hockey Lodge hologram attached to the collar label, while the team patch on the inside hem denotes the jersey as a “Set 1” specimen. The team store price tag is affixed to the intact fight strap. Exhibiting light game-use with a few marks to the sleeves and reverse visible, a COA from the Wild will accompany.
