Playing his junior career in the Q, goaltender Jean-Sebastien Aubin was a third round draft choice of the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1995 and made his NHL debut in 1998-99. Aubin dressed for a trio of NHL clubs throughout his tenure, with additional time spent in the AHL, DEL and other leagues. From his first of two seasons in Toronto, we have a Leafs jersey worn by the Montreal native in 2006-07. “Goalie Style” labeling with a size “58” fly tag are affixed to the collar, with Reebok and NHL crests over the reverse neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with the club’s familiar Leafs team crest with embroidered detailing, “30” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. Puck and stick marks cover the front and sleeves, with a small slit near the left elbow and light staining with faint blue paint transfer over the right sleeve. There is also a large team repair to the left of the team crest. A MeiGray patch numbered “D11835” is affixed to the inside hem that matches the accompanying LOA, and according to the company’s population report, the jersey is a "White Set 2" specimen.
