Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/20/2020
A Vancouver Canucks draft selection in 2012, defenceman Ben Hutton spent three seasons at the University of Maine before making his NHL debut. The Prescott native has also represented Team Canada at the World Championships, winning gold in 2016. From his first season in California, we have a Los Angeles Kings “Stadium Style” jersey worn by Hutton in a single contest, on February 29, 2020 at the Staples Center, in a 2-1 overtime win over New Jersey. “56” sizing appears along the checkered Adidas collar band, with NHL and Adidas crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with “LA” across the chest in single twill, “15” appears over the sleeves and verso in matching material, with “Hutton” across the upper reverse. Hailing directly from the Los Angeles Kings, the team patch resides on the inside hem, with a Kings hologram numbered “b588fc8e” affixed to the fight strap and a matching COA to accompany.
Worn for just a single contest, the jersey exhibits especially light game-use. Accompanying the jersey, we have a Kings’ presentation box and folder (to store the COA).
