Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2020

Setting a franchise record for the North Bay Battalion after scoring 50 goals during the 2015-16 OHL season, Michael Amadio was selected 90th overall by Los Angeles in 2014, and made his debut in California on Oct 26, 2017. From his third season in Tinseltown, we have a photo-matched Kings third jersey worn by the Sault Ste. Marie native in 2019-20, specifically during all Saturday home games throughout the season. “56” sizing appears along the Adidas collar band, with NHL and Adidas crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with a partially-embroidered “LA” shield crest, “10” appears over the sleeves and verso in tackle twill numerals with silver textured trim, with “Amadio” across the upper reverse in matching material. Exhibiting light game-use, there are a few random marks visible including faint burns over the left sleeve, with a material-backed team repair near the elft elbow. Getty Image #1211025289 (March 7, 2020 vs Minnesota) has been matched to three different extended threads visible over the “0” of “10” on the right sleeve, to the extended black thread just visible at the top right edge of the team crest, and to the specific crooked shape of the silver vertical band on the far right side of the team crest as well as to the white thread visible midway down. Getty Image #1186493618 (Nov 30, 2019 vs Winnipeg) appears to show the extended thread over the middle left of the “d” of “Amadio” on the nameplate, as well as the extended thread at the bottom of the “1” of “10” on the right sleeve, but the image is not high resolution enough to call a definitive photo-match. Hailing directly from the Los Angeles Kings, the team patch resides on the inside hem, with a Kings hologram numbered “2446125f” affixed to the fight strap and a matching COA to accompany (a Kings’ presentation box and folder to store the COA is also included).
