Winning gold with Team Canada at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Eric Lindros was no stranger to representing his country. The superstar first donned the mighty maple leaf for a pair of games with the Canadian National Team in 1988-89 before dominating at the 1990 and 1991 World Juniors. We have a pair of sticks used by Lindros during his time with the Canadian National Team in 1988-89, 1989-90 or 1991-92, or possibly with the World Junior squad in 1990 or 1991. Titan models (one is a Titan ASD Graphite 6000 model), “E. Lindros” is stamped on one stick, with just “Lindros” on the other example. Both retain their original cloth wraps over the shaved handles/knobs (one has “8” handwritten), with the original white tape over each blade (now yellowing with some spotting). A signed LOA from Eric Lindros will accompany.
Both sticks exhibit nice game use, with wear to the blades including the undersides, along with additional moderate wear to the shafts. Each sticks also sports tape residue from previously being bundled together.
