Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/20/2020
Producing one of the greatest careers in NHL history over a course of a mere nine full seasons, Bobby Orr’s final 80-game campaign with the Bruins in 1974-75 resulted in his second highest career points total with 135, with an additional 6 points in just 3 playoff contests. Hailing from his final days in Beantown, we have a stick that was issued to the superstar during the early-to-mid-1970s. A Northland Custom Pro model with Bruins striping accent (black, gold, white and silver), “Orr” is stamped over the upper shaft, with a factory code of “4407” visible on the underside. Remaining completely solid with a bit of age and storage wear, there are a few blemishes to the shaft, along with a few small water stains, with these minor issues not affecting the display quality.
