Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction October 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/9/2016
From the Arena Football League, we have a pair of game-worn helmets representing the Tampa Bay Storm and Orlando Predators. Both current franchises, the Storm began in 1987, while the Predators opened shop in 1991. 1) Orlando Predators game-worn helmet. A Riddell model in solid black, all padding is intact along with the face mask and neck guard. Featuring Predator decals on each side, the helmet shows thorough use, with a number of marks, scratches and abrasions present. 2) Tampa Bay Storm game-worn helmet. A Bike model in gold with blue and white accenting, all padding and strapping is intact along with the manufacturer’s stickers. Storm decals grace each side, along with an additional Storm sticker along the back bottom neckline. The helmet shows nice use, with marks present along with spots of red paint transfer on the left side. The interior also has a second layer of padding added, most likely to adjust the sizing.
