Selected for the 2011-12 NHL All-Rookie Team, Swedish netminder Jhonas Enroth then spent five seasons in Buffalo, before moving on to Dallas and currently Los Angeles. This Sabres jersey was worn by Enroth in 2011-12. “Goalie Style” and size tagging resides along the collar, with NHL and Reebok identifiers on the front and back neckline respectively. Accented with the classic Sabres team crest and tackle twill numbers, the jersey also sports the “NHL Premiere 2011” patch over the left breast. The NHL Premiere series in 2011 witnessed the Sabres playing 3 games in Europe, with Enroth in net for the October 4th contest vs Adler Mannheim (wearing blue jersey) and for the Oct 7th match vs Anaheim Ducks (wearing blue jersey). The October 8th game vs Los Angeles Kings (wearing white) had Enroth as backup.
Game-use is abundant on the jersey, with dark marks on the front including the team crest. There is also some red goal post paint transfer on the upper left sleeve, along with some pilling near the front neckline. The team patch sits on the inside hem, and a hologram has been affixed to the intact fight strap.
