Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/15/2016
This Pittsburgh Penguins jersey was worn by Philadelphia native Eric Tangradi, and it was worn during the big power forward’s rookie season of 2010-11. Size 58 tagging is affixed to the collar, with partially embroidered NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Accented with large tackle twill numbers, the jersey also features the Consol Energy Center inaugural season patch over the right shoulder. Game-wear on the attractive garment includes board burns on the right sleeve with small resulting slit, along with an additional small hole over the left shoulder. There is also a pair of team repairs on the left sleeve near the elbow. The team patch sits on the inside hem, and it divulges that this jersey is a “Set 1” example.
