A member of the Russian and Soviet Hockey Hall of Fame, Sergei Mylnikov won gold medals at the 1988 Olympics as well as the 1989 and ’90 World Championships. Sergei also appeared in just 10 games for the Quebec Nordiques in 1989-90. This Soviet National Team jersey was worn by Mylnikov in the 1989 World Championships, won by Russia. Finnish Tackla tagging along with an “XXL” fly tag is affixed to the collar, with an additional Tackla logo over the right breast. All identifiers on the garment are sublimated including the name-on-nameplate. With just light game-wear to note which includes a large stick mark on the right sleeve, the sweater remains in gorgeous condition.
