These three similarly-styled Soviet National Team jerseys were worn by Vasily Pervukhin, Alexei Kasatonov and German Volgin in the late-1980s. These were the type of jerseys the Soviets wore in international competitions in circa-1987. Each mesh jersey was produced by Adidas, with tagging remaining in the collar of only the Kasatonov example. There is also an additional Adidas logo that sits over the right breast of each jersey. All three also feature heat-pressed felt-like numbers and CCCP team logos, with vertical red and white striping bands.
The Pervukhin jersey was the type worn at the 1987 Canada Cup. With a restored nameplate, the jersey shows nice use, with a few large dark marks present on both sleeves. The Kasatonov example was the type of jersey worn at the 1987 World Championships. With a restored nameplate, the jersey also has the Russian Sports Federation patch over the left breast and matching “AGFA” crests on both sleeves. Game-wear includes a few dark marks on the lower front and both sleeves. Lastly, the German Volgin a.k.a. "Herman Wolgin" jersey is also from circa 1987, though Volgin didn’t play in any international tournaments. Game-use includes marks and board burns on both sleeves.
