Magnificent framed display featuring Sidney Crosby's autograph commemorates Sid’s first NHL goal in the Penguins' 2005-06 home opener. The centerpiece of this appealing Frameworth creation is Sidney's original black Sharpie signature on the bottom of a licensed reproduction of the official NHL scoresheet from Pittsburgh's 7-6 loss to the Boston Bruins at Mellon Arena on October 8, 2005. Beautiful black wood frame with decorative groove measures approximately 24” x 42" and display features an acid-free black-and-gold triple matte with white accents. A Frameworth hologram is located on the scoresheet of this signed Sidney Crosby first NHL goal framed display.
Crosby already had two assists to his credit in the game when he beat Hannu Toivonen 18:32 into the second period. A pair of 8" x 10" photos displayed on either side of the scoresheet depict the on-ice goal celebration scene and 18-year-old Sidney displaying his milestone goal puck in the Penguins' dressing room. The frame exhibits a few minor scratches / scuff marks but overall remains in beautiful condition.
