Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/4/2014
Classic Ottawa 67s barber pole gamer from the 1980s up for grabs here, with a faded tag in the collar showing it to be a Men's size "48", the sewn-on crest and number "7" on the back experiencing puckering, and with plenty of game wear including more than 10 repairs on the front, another 6 on the left sleeve, and at least 10 more on the right sleeve which also includes an ultra-large repair. Another 8 repairs are found on the back as well. This battle scarred gamer also has a scattering of unrepaired holes on both sleeves, plus marks, paint transfer, and pilling. Simply an excellent and well-used jersey from a team that's been around since 1967 and has been in the Memorial Cup tournament 5 times, winning twice (1984 and 1999).
