The Chicago Black Hawks drank from the Stanley Cup in the spring of 1961, their first Cup win since 1938, and 7 players from that '60-'61 team have nicely signed a Hawks 11" x 14" team picture. But we don't stop there. Also included are 2 photographer tickets, with 1 signed by 4 Hawks and another by 3, along with a 1937 Chicago Stadium check signed by Hawks owner and HOFer Arthur Wirtz (inducted 1971, deceased 1983), a 3" x 5" cut signed by HOFer William Wirtz (inducted 1976, deceased 2007), another 3" x 5" cut signed by HOF goaltender Glenn Hall (inducted 1975), and a card signed by Wayne Hicks (in his Montreal jersey), who played on the Hawks' 1961 Cup-winning team. The '60-'61 Hawks team picture, a reproduction of the original, has been nicely signed in blue marker by Stan Mikita (inducted 1983), Eddie Litzenberger, Pierre Pilote (inducted 1975), Al Arbour, Ab McDonald, Tod Sloan, and Eric Nesterenko. The first photographer’s ticket, from game 20 of an unknown season vs. Montreal, has been signed in blue ink by Bobby Hull, Ron Murphy, Reg Fleming, and Pierre Pilote, while game 21 (vs. Pittsburgh), has been signed in blue ink by HOFer Tommy Ivan (inducted 1974, deceased 1999), Ken Wharram, and Bobby Hull (inducted 1983).
