It was 20 goals and 20 assists for Steve Sullivan during the ’98-’99 campaign with the Toronto Maple Leafs, a career high for the diminutive forward who would suit up for more than 1000 NHL games overall, and it was during this fine season with the blue and white that Sullivan would don this blue home gamer which features the commemorative “1931-1999 Maple Leaf Gardens Memories and Dreams” patch sewn on the right breast. Tagged in the collar as a size 52, with sewn-on “Nike” and “Center Ice” patches and a screened “NHL Player” label, this gamer shows marks on the team’s crest, elsewhere on the front, and with scattering of marks on both sleeves, particularly on the right cuff. Marks are also on the back numbers, and puckering is noticeable on the back numbers and team crest. An “NHL” logo is sewn on the hem, with a “1998-1999 Game-Worn Toronto Maple Leafs 4 of 4 Limited-Edition” patch sewn on the hem as well. This Leafs game-used jersey comes with an LOA from the Leafs, signed by Ken Dryden, and a Certificate of Registration signed by representatives of the MeiGray Group.
