Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2013

Drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in 1997, goaltender Jean-Marc Pelletier played just a sprinkling of NHL games over his pro career, which began with a single game with Philly in 1998-99 before donning the pads with the AHL Philadelphia Phantoms, with doses of IHL, AHL, and NHL stops along the way. Offered is Pelletier's pads and catching glove, in Flyers colors, with Pelletier's name embroidered on each pad and on the glove. The pads are well broken in, with lots of pucks marks scattered about, and the glove is nicely intact, also with lots of game marks. The pads are made by Koho, while the glove is a "Brian's", and both are ready to hit the ice once again. A small "Koho" logo on one of the pads has been damaged, probably by a 90 MPH slapshot, and has been repaired. Otherwise, the pads are in great shape. Pelletier's NHL career totalled just 7 games - 1 with Philly, and 6 with Phoenix spread over two seasons. Much of his North American pro career, from 1998 to 2007, was spent in the American Hockey League, and he would close it all off with four years suiting up in the German League.
