Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2013

Big Eric Lindros was no stranger to international hockey. Three times he was a World Junior and Olympian, and remarkable as it may seem, he was a dominant figure in the 1991 Canada Cup without having yet played a game in the NHL. He was also a member of the 1996 Canadian World Cup squad, and offered is a beautiful Lindros Team Canada World Cup souvenir jersey, tagged in the collar as a size XL Bauer. The jersey has the double tackle twill numbers and the back and both arms, tackle twill letters on the nameplate, and the gorgeous Canadian twill and embroidered team crest, and to cap it all off, Lindros has signed his name in black marker on the back of the jersey beside the number “88”. The signature is clear and bold, but just a shade down from being truly dark. All in all, a terrific souvenir jersey just itching for a display case.
