Often the leader of the Canadian team at World Hockey Championships abroad, Marcel Dionne played in his last such competition in Moscow in the spring of 1986. Team captain Dionne led Canada to a bronze medal, scoring 4 goals and 4 assists in 10 tournament games. This impressive white and red mesh jersey is by Adidas with the company tag in the neck and the Adidas logo on the right breast. The sweater measures out to size 50 and has the captain's "C" sewn on the front along with the Team Canada crest. The numbers on the back and sleeves are felt-like and heat-pressed while "Dionne" is sewn onto the nameplate. An "AGFA" patch is on each sleeve. Nice game wear includes 8 stick/slash marks on the front and 2 more on the right sleeve. A gift to Team Canada executive Marvin Goldblatt who had Dionne autograph the shirt in black sharpie just below the neckline. Marvelous jersey worn by a 700-goal man and Hall-of-Famer. With LOA from Mr. Goldblatt.
