Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2013
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2013
A star previously with Stanley Cup winning teams in Ottawa, Albert Kerr was yet another NHA player who was lured out west by Lester Patrick to play in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association, joining Victoria, (and not Vancouver as listed on the front here), for the 1912-13 season. Graded EX 5 by PSA, this example of Kerr’s C57 card is a Pop-3, with just a pair of 6s and one 5.5 ahead of it on the Kerr “line” of the PSA Population Report. The grading firm has inspected 26 Kerr C57 cards since its inception.
