Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2013

With 18 NHL All-Star Games under his belt and records for most career goals and point in All-Star play, Wayne Gretzky truly recorded a number of his most memorable moments while playing in the league's annual showcase of hockey's elite. The 1993 NHL All-Star Game in Montreal marked the Great One's 13th appearance in All-Star silks and from that game we offer Wayne's Easton Aluminum 5100 game-used team-signed stick. As expected "Gretzky" is marked on the shaft and again on the wood blade with wine-colored Easton graphics. The original "bulldog" tape was removed for autograph purposes but the blade still shows excellent game use and tape residue. The stick has Gretz's trademark shaved down black "gripper" and the butt end of the shaft has been coded by Kings trainer Peter Miller with "MAS 93" meaning Montreal All-Star Game, 1993. Wayne and his Campbell Conference All-Star Team members have nicely signed the bottom of the shaft and blade with no less than 20 signatures and include: Yzerman, Hull, Bure, Chelios, Robitaille and the list goes on! Awesome stick from a goal filled 16-6 Wales Conference win! Originally obtained from a team executive of the Los Angeles Kings. Comes with a LOA.
