Kids young and old should be fascinated by this collection of Toronto Maple Leafs items from years gone by. Items in this lot include three certificates from 1946-47, 1948-49, and 1949-50 "Maple Leaf Bantam Hockey Club", which were one-page documents from the Leafs and Quaker Oats containing blank membership lines and pledges which included "Honour and obey my parents" and "Eat the foods that are good for me". Also offered is a 1955 Maple Leaf Gardens "Open House" program, a 1962-63 Leafs Stanley Cup puck with some paint flaking, a 1966 letter and envelope from Maple Leaf Gardens, two 1960s Leafs booklets, and two 30" Leafs pennants from 1961-62 and '62-'63. The Maple Leaf/Bantam certificates measure 8 1/2" x 11" for the 1946-47 version, which has some darkening around the edges, the '48-'49 is 5" x 7 1/2" and is in excellent condition, and the 1949-50 is 8" x 10" and also in excellent condition, as are the two booklets and the "Open House" mag. The letter from the Leafs is in great condition with some marks on the edges, the envelope is folded and has some damage to its edges, and the 1961-62 pennant has darkened while the '62-'63 pennant is somewhat whiter. This '62-'63 pennant also has a thick paper team picture attached to it and which was always part of the pennant.
