Staggering 1981-82 Adirondack Red Wings MVP trophy was awarded to Dennis Polonich. Awarded to their captain by Polonich's teammates, this towering treasure testifies to Dennis' substantial contributions, which included 30 goals, 56 points and 202 penalty minutes. Nicely preserved, it stands 37 1/2" tall with "81 - Adirondack Red Wings - 82, Most Valuable Player, Capt. Dennis Polonich" is engraved on a gold-coloured plaque on the front of the bottom level of the base composed of two tiers of wood on four gold-colored metal columns. Included are two vintage clippings of Polo receiving this trophy. Comes with Dennis Polonich's signed LOA. There is a crack in the bottom of the wood base that does not affect the trophy’s integrity, as well as a few scrapes on the gold-coloured metal cylinder in the middle of the trophy and a couple of marks on the bowl of the cup with the hockey player perched on the top.
