Maurice Richard has signed three of the five frames offered here, including a huge Michel Lapensee tribute to the Rocket, one of three limited edition prints in this lot by the renowned Montreal sports artist. The Habs legend has signed in black marker at the bottom of his 30" x 25" career tribute titled "Rocket" displayed in a 37" x 32" wood frame, signed in pencil by Lapensee. It is numbered 200 of 9,999, the same as two 9" x 10" Lapensee lithos, titled "Passion" and "1 vs 9" and mounted in 16 1/4" x 17 1/4" wood frames. All three Lapensee lithos come with individual COAs, while two signed Richard laminates have COAs attached to the reverse. The Rocket has signed in silver sharpie on a 13 1/4" x 10 5/8" laminate of his iconic handshake photo with Boston's Sugar Jim Henry from the 1952 playoffs. His black sharpie autograph appears on a raised 5 3/4" x 10 3/8" laminated photo of him attacking the Maple Leafs' net mounted on a 9" x 13 1/2" black and gold wood plaque.
