The legendary Canadians captain Jean Béliveau became only the fourth player in history to notch 500 regular season NHL goals when he scored three times against Gilles Gilbert and the Minnesota North Stars at the Montreal Forum on February 11, 1971. This charming wooden jewellery box is identified with a brass plate at the top reading "Jean Béliveau, 500th Goal, Feb. 11, 1971" and was among the treasures presented to big Jean on Jean Béliveau Night at the Forum on March 24th. In near excellent condition, signed on the bottom by Béliveau. Also included is Béliveau's personal 1982-83 Montreal Canadiens team photo, presented to him by the team. He appears along with the other executives surrounded by players including Guy Lafleur, Bob Gainey, Larry Robinson and more. The framed display measures to a finished size of 20" x 22" and has been signed by Jean on the back. Both items come complete with letters of authenticity signed by Béliveau and snapshots of him holding each piece in his home.
