After claiming his first Art Ross Trophy the previous season, Jaromir Jagr enjoyed a career year with the Pittsburgh Penguins with 62 goals and 149 points. Though his scoring totals would have led any other team in the NHL that season, Jagr was second on the Penguins to team captain Mario Lemieux in goals and points, and third behind Super Mario and Ron Francis in assists. Jagr's 23 points in 18 playoff games ranked second, once again, to Lemieux. What a lineup! The alternate captain's "A" in yellow-and-white twill is sewn onto the left breast of Jagr's black #68 gamer from that season. Size 54 fly tag in the neck sits beside a CCM fly tag with "68" and "95-96" written on it in black marker. The fight strap is intact on this fantastic Jagr gamer with "Pittsburgh" spelled out across the front in cascading letters. Great game use on this photo-matched beauty is particularly evident in stick marks on the front tail and wear around the cuffs of both sleeves that includes plenty of stick marks, board burns and paint transfer. Fantastic photo-matched gamer from Jaromir Jagr's most productive NHL season.
